The building was initially designed in our office for office use.
Later, at the developer’s request to adapt the design for the Peres Academic Campus, the building underwent internal layout changes as well as external modifications and additions, including terraces for student use and various programmatic requirements such as emergency exits, accessibility, and security. In addition, a request for temporary use was submitted for this building until the uses are formalized under a district zoning plan.

As part of the redesign for the academic center, computer laboratories, a library, classrooms, an auditorium, meeting rooms, and administrative offices were planned within the building.
